AFTERNOON TEA AROUND TOWN WITH B BAKERY
Last week I had the pleasure of hopping on board the infamous Afternoon Tea Bus Tour. I have seen this adorable red double decker bus scooting around town since I moved to London and have recommending the tea to many of visitors but for whatever reason hadn't made it myself! Finally! We headed over to Victoria Coach station to start our Afternoon Tea Tour. The vintage red bus is completely converted into booths accommodating either two or four person groups...if there's two of you hoping for a romantic tour you can book the side by side booth at the front of the bus for the best views!Leaving from Victoria, the bus travels through Knightsbridge passing Harrods and right on to South Kensington where you'll catch a glimpse of the V&A and the Natural History Museum. While you're nibbling on the savory sandwiches, you'll pass Churchill Arms (the gorgeous and has to be most instagrammed pub in London!) on the way to Notting Hill. Your tea will be prepared and served in the cutest B Bakery signature travel mug--so no spills on this tour! When you're ready to start the sweet bits, you'll probably be passing along Hyde Park and then Green Park as you cross into Piccadilly to catch a peak of Trafalgar Square! And the best for last, yes, the scones, but also the London Eye, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace all make an appearance on the tour! The B Bakery Bus tour operates daily with extra tours offered on weekends! While there isn't an official tour guide commentary, there are notifications of the beautiful tourist scenes you're passing by and the servers are always available to help answer questions! It is a great first stop if you're visiting London to get a lay of the land or if you're like me and you JUST LOVE London and seeing these iconic spots as much as possible, then this is right up your alley. Pin this to remember this amazing afternoon tea :
